Requirements
-Sales experience, preferably in interior design, renovation, property, construction or related industries, is an advantage.
-Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
-Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
-Customer-oriented, proactive and confident when dealing with clients.
-Able to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
-Target-driven with a strong motivation to achieve sales results.
-Good command of English and Mandarin. Other languages are an added advantage.
-Willing to meet clients and attend site visits.
-Possess own transport.
Responsibilities
-Handle customer enquiries through online platforms, phone calls and walk-in enquiries.
-Understand clients’ renovation and interior design needs, budget and preferences.
-Arrange and conduct meetings or consultations with potential clients.
-Prepare quotations and proposals based on clients’ requirements.
-Follow up with leads and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Coordinate with the Interior Design and Project teams to ensure clients’ requirements are properly communicated.
-Present interior design concepts, renovation packages and project proposals to clients.
-Negotiate with clients and close sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
-Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities and follow-ups.
-Monitor the progress of each sales lead from initial enquiry until project confirmation.
-Stay updated on market trends, renovation products, materials and competitors.
-Participate in company marketing activities, events and promotional campaigns when required.
